This place is one of the worst apartments I have seen. I have had nothing but problems from this place. Three months of straight problems to start off living there. Nothing has gone right. Multiple leaks in ceiling from roof leaks. First leak was large and was not fixed for a month. Both toilets leaked. Floor tiles came up. Maintenance crew is not competent. Maintenance crew does not know how to fix things. Maintenance crew damaged my property. I had to complain multiple times to get one little problem fixed. Dryer didn't dry clothes for first month. I have found that the maintenance staff at Regents Park is excellent. We have had very few maintenance problems and the minor repairs were taken care of within 24 hours, which is a guarantee to all residents(or you do not pay rent. Regents Park is a lovely community and I love it.

I agree with rpab. Whenever we've needed maintenance done (twice. once for broken window blinds, and once for a towel rack that needed to be fixed) we had a repair person at our apartment within 24 hours. management has been VERY quick to respond and knows us by first name... and we've only lived there 6 months.

I'll throw in my 2 cents as well. I lived here August 2003 - January 2005. The first year I thought "man this is expensive, but the service is so wonderful it is worth it"... the second year everything was fine but the service was merely good so the extra rent didn't seem worth it. But we never had any problems with competency of staff at that time, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property for people who aren't too concerned about the rent price.

I lived there during 2005 and was impressed with the service - there is a guarantee that if service is not completed within 24 hours that day's rent is free. As far as the price is concerned, well worth it for being so close to the Metro and not having to worry about shuttles or parking!

I have lived here for over 1 years and am going to stay here until we buy a house. We love this apartment complex here. Wonderful services and very good area. My husband walks to the metro everyday to work. It is a safe and decent place to live. We have a great experience to live here.
