Good Customer Service, loud neighbors, and expensive rent

Bozzuto provides some of the best customer service I have experienced in all of my rental history. For example, all of my maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours. I had issues with my upstairs neighbor. (He was awfully loud!!) I spoke to management and they addressed the problem. The loud music stopped as well as the stomping or bowling ball bouncing has stopped. Which brings me to my next point, the floors/ceilings are extremely thin. I did not hear my neighbors on either side of me, but the ones above and below me. The rent is outrageous!
