Meets basic needs, but not worth the price. The outside and grounds look nice, but the inside is about as cheap as you can get. My floors had to be scrubbed when I moved in as there was hair and dirt left behind, plus burnt out bulbs in the bathrooms. The carpets were thin and stained throughout and I won't walk on them without something to cover my feet. Very cheap carpeting. Maintenance issues are not addressed immediately. I had a leak and it was ignored for three days. Other requests for things to be repaired were all togther ignored. Unless I make a deal about something, it is completely ignored. My garage was full of nasty debris and they had to clean it out. Nobody checked it before issuing me the garage.

The positives: I feel safe, parking is good, near metro and extremely quiet. I never hear neighbors above or next to me or even the cars that are parked just outside my windows.

I don't know what you are talking about. I had a leak from above in my apartment, called the 24 emergency number, and had someone come to my apartment at 4 in the morning to help stop the leak from above. Maybe they don't like you?
