These guys have a contract with Dominion Towing and illegally broke in to my car under suspicion of a fake tag and damaged the vehicle during the illegal search . They are criminals and Rip offs. AVOID like the plague. The maintenance crew comes into your appt un announced bi weekly and do no leave a note saying they were there and never seem to fix anything.. Broke fireplace, stove, fridge, dryer, and they do not plow for 3 days after it snows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND... Plus they are a ripoff! Staff is unresponsive and does not care to help you..

I live at Regent's Park and I have repeatedly seen a fake on a silver Jeep Liberty. However, you are correct with respect to the unannounced visits by maintenance.
According to the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act all landlords are required to provide 24 hours notice to tenants before they enter your apartment. However, maintenance has also barged into my apartment without any forewarning. It kind of makes you feel icky and that your privacy has been invaded.

2 months ago my car got broken into and GPS stolen at RP, but the good part about it was I hated the gps because it kept back talking me when I would miss a turn!
