The apartments are built very poorly - you can hear every move and step your neighbor upstairs makes. And while the location by the metro is convenient, there is crime in the parking garages - lots of cars have been broken into. If you don't drive and don't mind noise, the apartments are spacious and clean, and apartment repairs are done in a timely manner, but bring your earplugs and be careful about where you park your car.
