hot water question!!!

I am looking at this place. First, how long does the hot water last in the shower' I spend at least 20-30 min in a shower. Where I am now, I get out long before the hot water is gone.

Also, what a peculiar design. I've noticed that about alot of Equity apts.
Who lives w/ a non flush fireplace on planet earth! lol :)
