Nice Apartments, but watch out for the rent increases

Lived here for a year. Got in on a "move in special" but when the lease was renewed it went up by $220 (about a 25% increase). Parking began to be a problem near the end of my lease (a couple of times I could not find a parking spot late at night). Towing is strictly enforced so make sure your guests get a parking pass. Also, due to its proximity to the Fair Oaks Mall, at certain times of the year it?s very difficult to get out of the complex (the only exit opens to the road leading to the mall). 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
