I have been in my apartment for two years now. In October I received a pretty steep increase upon my renewal. I begin to look at other apartments to compare them with this property and that is when I found very unfriednly staff as well as an overall bad presentation of the few I visited. After careful consideration i called The Jefferson leasing office and spoke with the manager and worked out a reasonable rental rate for me to renew. I am so glad I made the decision to stay here. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call of duty.
