Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived at Jefferson at Fair Oaks for a year and a half. The last 4 months have been nothing but problems. We have had repeated problems with maintenance responding to our calls. The parking is a big issue. Most nights you have to park on the opposite side of the complex, if you get home after 9:00. If it snows, good luck getting your car out of you don't have an SUV. They plow you into your spot and then don't plow the spots out when no one is there during the day. The complex has changed management 3 times in the year and a half that we have lived there and it doesn't seem to get any better. It is a nice apartment, but the rest of the headaches are not worth it all.
