Lets see, just recently the office staff decided to implement a new system whereas guests must pay $5 for a parking spot to ensure spots are available for residents. However, I still come home after 8 p.m. and can't find a single spot available. Watch out for ridiculous rent increases after your lease is up!!! Garabage is only picked up once a week and is constantly overflowing into the streets from the main dumpster. The pool is ok, but the hot tub was out of commission the entire summer and looked like a sewer. I hope you like ants, because they are all over our apartment. We called on two separate occasions to get someone in to spray. The insulation is awful, in the summer our AC runs constantly and in the winter the heat is on non-stop. Just standing by the windows I feel a draft. If you have a secret you better whisper becasue your neighbors will be able to hear every word of your conversation! We have a fire place, but it provides zero heat.With the only entrace to the complex facing mall traffic be prepared to wait a long time to get out of the complex during busy mall hours. I personally don't think you get your money's worth here.
