I have lived at Jefferson Oaks for 1 year. Thank you to the staff for making that year a great one. I have never had any problems. All my requests were taken care of with 24 hours. I received lots of packages and the staff rememebered my name when I entered the office.

I am a little surprised at the negative comments I have read. Here is an example of the service provided to me:

I had a broken garage that blocked me in one night before work. THe maintenance staff came 20 minutes after I called. A few days later my mother was visiting and I kept the garage open for her. The maintenance knocked on my door because they saw the garage open just to make sure everything was ok.
