Great place to live

I have lived in the Jefferson at Fair Oaks for 2 years. During that time I've never been disappointed by the staff or their response to any issue that might have come up in my apartment, or the grounds. It doesn't matter if you express an issue to Lalitha, Robert, or Greg out on the grounds they are always helpful, cheerful and seem genuinely interested in making living here a pleasant experience.

When issues have come up they were resolved in less then 24 hours in all cases save one, and in that instance they had evalutated and provided me with a time to resolve that was bettered.

Of course ,none of this would be possible without the incomparable leadership, management and organizational skills of the property manager, Melanie. It is her attention to details and tireless work ethic that has permeated the staff, which makes living at The Jefferson at Fair Oaks such a wonderful experience.

Her charming smile and soft spoken confidence whenever there is an issue give me complete confidence in her ability to solve whatever seemingly insurmountable problem that may arise. Indeed it is a pleasure to have occasion to stop by the office to speak with her. So long as her steady hand is on the tiller and the property is under her watchful eye, I don't foresee any reason not to continue to call the Jefferson at Fair Oaks home.

#### Important note, all of these people have moved on to bigger and better positions, so far the quality of life hasn't changed, but it's a recent change ####

As with any such place, the rent you pay to move in, is not the rent you'll pay in the following years. However, I do not believe that the rate hikes are overly excessive. Although one would think that apartment rent, while driven by market factors would fall more in line with local cost of living changes, that is not the case at The Jefferson at Fair Oaks, or any other apartment complex in the area.

Ummm....I think Melanie or one of the staff members wrote this. Beautiful piece though, it made my eyes water.

Not only that, when I moved in was about 2 weeks before she left, and she didn't tell us she was leaving...just chose to not return ANY phone calls, ANY e-mails...I had to drive out there twice. I like the new managers...but she sucked.

Not a staff member, and it's not typical for changes at a company to be communicated widely, in my many years of experience. During the time of transition I noted no change in responsiveness. The one issue that I have noticed since the change, and I cannot pin this on Tabatha, is there seems to be a shortage of staff. That's more of an upper management problem. The recent work being done was planned by Melanie and execute under Tabitha's watch. I've yet to notice any change in use of the work out area, but am concerned by the apparent lack of weight training equipment, perhaps this is due to be installed. Still like living here, plan on staying a few more years.
