I actually do not live in this apartment complex but my best friend does. I have been towed from this complex before. There is no parking (four visitor spaces total!!) she refuses to leave and go somewhere with her vehicle at night b/c she won't be able to park again when she gets back. Her whole life revolves around parking at her complex! It's ridiculous! Their only method of solving this problem is by towing everyone... which only makes people more bitter about the lack of parking! I was literally there five minutes past 10 p.m. (the TOW start time!)

Are you kidding me??? I lived at Fair Oaks for 1 year and never had a problem parking. If it's crowded or late at night, you might have to do a bit of walking, but who cares, burn some calories. And I doubt if managment is more worried about guest parking than resident parking, this is why you were towed, to make sure resident have parking before guests. So I think resident should be happy there is a towing company, otherwise those who live there would never find a spot
