To begin with, when I moved in my balcony door didn't lock ... at all. I was on the first floor also, so this was a security risk. It took well over 2 weeks to get fixed and their "24 hour" policy is crap. I didn't have to pay for 1 day's rent. The parking is awful. I often work late and at 9 pm there is no parking at all. A friend got towed at 10:30pm this summer and the entire lot was empty except a few cars, and now they won't tow unless you call.
The rent is overpriced for what you get. The walls are like paper. The lady above me is loud at all hours, but no one does anything about it. If you need something serviced, you must call every day. There is an issue between the office and maintenance, this is NOT maintenance's fault. My toilet won't fill up with water and I've called numerous times. All planned maintenance will be delayed for weeks on end. Don't plan to use the closet on the side of the balcony. The floor plan is misleading because your stuff will be taken from it if you use it. The summer is awful because the sprinklers are always on and it's impossible to get to your door if there are gardens near by. If you are on the first floor, expect to have to clean your furniture daily and don't be out between 9 am and 5 pm because the sprinklers are on randomly. Go somewhere else and find a nicer place.
