OK - I like it here. I'm new to this complex, but I have no complaints really. I have been able to find a parking space EVERY day, so not sure why there are quite so many complaints about that' Parking is tight, that is true ... but what I've noticed the main reason there is such an issue ... people do NOT take the 15 or 20 seconds to straighten out in their spaces. If you park too close to the line, or over it (and these spaces are tight already) then you screw parking up for anyone on either side of you. There were several occasions I've seen residents, NOT guests, park over the line and make the space next to them impossible to get in to - completely wasting a space for someone else. Is it really that hard to make sure you're in the middle of the space' I do it because I don't want to ding anyone's door or have them ding mine - plus, I don't want another resident to not have a place to park. We all pay rent and deserve a space, so come on people.

The grounds are veyr nice, it's pretty quiet, especially for it's location outside the mall. I do wish people would throw their trash around, cigarette butts, random tea bags and cups - and I won't mention a few other things I've stepped over ... I just don't get it. I may come back after more time passes - but right now - I am glad I chose The Jefferson. :)
