Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
Lived at Post Forest for 4.5 years and was very happy with the community...until this past year. Community began to bill residents for water directly (good idea) but sent the bills on postcards anyone could see (bad idea). These postcards also included what you were paying for in rent every month. One month I received both mine and someone else's in my apartment complex and, get this, I was paying $250 more than this person for the same apartment! Tried to haggle with management but apparently it's cheaper for them to move someone else in then give a long-time resident a break in rent. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
