I chose Post Forest apartments because I had always heard good things about Post communities as a whole. My experience here has been wonderful. Any minor maintenance issues I have encountered have been fixed within 24 hours and most are handled on the same day. The property is always immaculate, the staff responsive and the apartments are well made. Solid walls prevent noise and good insulation keeps my utilites low. I was looking to move to a newer complex for garden soaking tubs and gas fireplaces. However, research has taught me that many apartments in this area are not well made, so I will take a wood burning fireplace and superior service over cheap amenities any day.

-Safe community gates ALWAYS closed
-Maintenance responsive
-Staff responsive and friendly
-Post management company responds quickly to complaints
-Quiet community
-Carwash
