Great place to live (a few negatives)

We've lived at this apartment complex for a while now and we really love the community. There's an herb garden that anyone can use (and believe me...people do), a little hidden running path in the back of the apartment complex, wonderful landscaping and a whole lot more. The apartments are clean as well as spacious. I would highly recommend this complex with a few caveats:
1. The insulation is really poor in the master bedroom as well as the dining room area. You can really feel the cold when you walk within 6" of the wall on a cold day.
2. Parking can be difficult to find near your aprtment and you might have to park half a block away on some nights. (This could easily be solve if the complex would start towing vistors without the parking stickers who park in resident areas)
3. DSL is not available in this area and you have to stick with cable modems.
4. Expect high gas bills. Now I don't know if its just this area or not, but for just two people who keep the thermostat around 68-70....that gas bill averages about $80/month.
