Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Rent was way too expensive. I lived there for 3 years - and each year rent went up. Then, after our rent had exceeded $1400, neighbors moved in to the same style 2 bedroom for $1050. Umm... way to reward the longterm residents... we had no choice but to buy!
If you move here, get used to the following statement: "You pay HOW MUCH for rent' That's twice my mortgage!"
The gated community thing is SO ANNOYING.
You won't get your security deposit back - count on them charging you an additional $500 several months after you move out.
The staff is nice, they are annoying though... always in you business. Packages got delivered to the main office, so my roommate and I used to draw straws as to who would be the sorry loser to have to go smile for the office staff and act like we cared.
