I just thought that I would put in a few good words for the outstanding maintenance level of Post Forest. I am a long term resident and have had minimal issues with maintenance issues; however, given the age of the property, normal things have come up. The maintenance staff has always come to the rescue in a timely fashion and are obviously on the ball with maintaining the property. I have met a few different guys on the maintenance staff over the years but would like to point out that the current lead engineer, Ted - has definitely proved his integrity and willingness to go above and beyond for this community. His leadership and dedication clearly shows. Good maintenance is an ammenity that will surely be found at Post Forest.
