After being at this property for two years, I am ready to find a different apartment community that actually has a stable and knowledgeable office. My first year at Post Forest was great! No major things to report except for a change in the office staff. This is obviously a normal thing to happen; however from there, things seemed to change. The office staff seemed to appease my concerns without delivering results. Even going to the manager didn't help (which seemed out of the ordinary).
Anyway, my last year at this property has been disappointing. Dealing with those people in the leasing office is a complete joke - especially now with another series of staff changes including a new manager. I thought that this would be positive but this one is just as clueless and rude as the others in the office. What is the deal with keeping this place staffed with friendly people'
So, if you want to take the good with the bad, then I would recommend Post Forest for their location, beautiful property and for their level of service with maintenance - other than that, this place is overpriced to deal with the incompetence and attitude of the office people.
