The complex is convenient to GMU, shopping, and many office complexes. The upkeep and management are great (they even sent me a birthday card!), the grounds are well groomed, and I couldn't ask for better maintenance workers - I put in a request and they're generally here in about fifteen minutes! The complex hires mentally disabled adults to help them keep the grounds tidy, and if you stop to say "hi," they'll remember you by name the next time they see you. The complex is gated and several police officers live on the complex, so I always feel safe. Parking can sometimes be a problem, but the complex is currently working with a towing company to help resolve the problem (as long as your guests park in the guest spots, and there are plenty of them, you shouldn't have a problem though). All in all, I am very happy with my stay here at Post Forest, and I would definitely recommend (and do) the place to a friend.
