We have really enjoyed our time at Post Forest- very nice place, VERY prompt maintenance, really friendly staff, great facilities. The only downside is that the gates are annoying (as any gated commuity is) and I'm allergic to the material that the air ducts have inside (they aren't cleanable, and I was VERY sick when we ran our heat last winter- resulted in just being cold for most of the season!) The maintenance tried to be helpful, but since the apartments are a little bit older, the ducts aren't the traditional metal that can be cleaned. Not management's fault, though. All in all (especially for people who don't have weird health issues like me) it's a really great place to live- quiet, safe, and comparably priced.
