Everything is great, and from what I found, the rent is a bit cheaper (but still expensive) than other areas since it is farther from the city.

The complex is gated which makes it safe, and everyone I have seen seems to be friendly so no safety issues.

The noise from other apartments is non-existant so they must have built these apartments well. I will have to say, there is a helocopter landing pad somewhere near by (maybe the government center) because at all hours of the day you can hear it taking off.

The grounds are well kept and successfully give the illusion that you are not near a city and for the most part you cannot tell there are other apartment grounds just next door or across the street. (no more forests really since urban sprawl took care of the trees)

Overall, Post Properties are great to live at. I have heard though they bang you for every penny you have when you leave especially if you leave earlier than the lease states.
