Overall good place to live

Location is great, groundskeeping is excellent, apartments are nice but small.

Love the fireplace and the community gas grills. Also love that it is quiet and enclosed so you'd never know you were so close to 66 and other major roads.

Dislike that the furnace is located in the bedroom and can be noisy at night in the winter. Also dislike the rent increases which are steep.
