We've lived at Post Forest for over three years and love it! location is great, the staff is great with responding to questions and maintenace requests and there is never a parking issue. In addition, the grounds are kept in wonderful conditions all year around. During the winter, they do a GREAT job in clearing out parking spots and creating a drivable path. HIGHLY Recommend to anyone looking for a place in Fairfax!!

EIther you live at a different Post Forest Fairfax, don't own a car, or work in the leasing office. The parking here is pretty terrible, and parking policies are never enforced. Pray there isn't snow or the few spaces not being taken by visitors will be caked in a blanket of ice and snow. The grounds outside the gates and in front of the buildings are well kept though, and occasionally they will blow the leaves and my welcome mat from the breezeway.
