I have been living here at Post Forest for a little over 3 months now and love it here. Its conveniently located to multiple shopping centers, resturants and highways. The Staff here is really welcoming and approachable. I can barely hear I-66 at all (I guess thats because I live toward the center of the complex) and I hear very little noise coming from neighbors, if so its pretty faint. The Layout of the place is a little awkward and some of the appliances do seem a little annoying. The Furnace Closet makes the LOUDEST noise when I am running the A/C every 5 minutes for 20 seconds from the upper wall vent each time. I often have to jack up the volume on the TV just to still hear well. I also wish the parking situation was better enforced, yet its convenient if you have guests over...dont have to worry about permits and all that other stuff. So I guess thats the trade off you get. But, Otherwise those would really be my only complaints so far and hopefully things stay that way not not go downhill! I highly recommend this apartment to young professionals starting out!! Just keep in mind your budget situation. If this fits your price range, by all means this is the place for you! However they seem to be raising rents ever couple of months and my lease is up at the end of next summer. It seems like at the rate they're going I may have to move elsewhere, but I would love to stay where I am at for another year if possible!!
