Having moved to Virginia after years overseas, I'm so glad I found this place! To begin with, the entire property is beautifully landscaped (not just the first 50 feet past the management office like most) and littered with walking trails and picnic areas. The complex buildings were constructed around preexisting trees, which blanket the entire property. The tennis courts are always clean and sufficiently lighted for night play, and the pool is large and well-maintained (complete with staffed lifeguard).

You'd be hard-pressed to find a more ideal location. The complex sits midway between the Fair Oaks Mall and another enormous shopping center. I've lived here for four months and still haven't come across the need to visit a department or grocery store which wasn't within a two-mile drive from my apartment.

The maintenance and grounds keeping staff are always pleasant, and the maintenance staff has displayed an uncommon initiative in both approaching and completing work orders. The buildings are in great condition, very clean. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly; from what I can tell, it is composed mostly of working adults and a good number of college-aged women attending nearby George Mason University (an added bonus).

Finally the management are always friendly and easily approached, not that I've often had to (Post has a handy website for automating rent payment, maintenance orders, etc.). In short, a great place to live!
