This is *no* longer Post Forest- they changed ownership (without tellings us) and now it is called "The Point". If you are getting a studio apartment, make sure you ask if the laundry machines work, because our experience has always been that our clothes have never once come out dry using the on-site dryers. You cannot pay your rent online anymore, and the entire staff has changed-they are not as helpful or friendly as before when Post Forest ran the shop. We will have to wait and see whether the grounds are maintained and up-keep is as good-it is too soon to tell.

Just FYI, but those dryers were always half-broken even with the old management. It's one of the reasons I starting going to an outside laundromat.

Yes, and dryers are *still* non-functioning... add to that the other problems mentioned in the newest review and it is a sad story indeed.
