Apparently management of the property has changed, but under the older management, I had a great experience at this complex. There is a gate which may or may not be a plus for you, exercise rooms generally well maintained, pool, walking path, etc. Repairs were prompt and communication was good. Staff was helpful. My unit was in great shape. Move-in/out was a breeze. Only real complaint was that rent was high compared to other units in the area, but you definitely get a lot for the money. I moved out because the gov't was paying tax credits on top of sub-5% interest rates, so I am now paying $250 less a month for twice the space in a late-model condo. Still, had the rent been lower, I would have stayed.

Post Forest management wasn't all that. They were ok. They did a decent job keeping the place pretty. Read reviews for other Post properties. Totally different story.

Hate to tell you but this property was a gem. Now not so much, the old management took care of the residents and had been in place for a long time. Sad place now.
