Hi, I moved here in August 2009 from out of state, sight unseen. Based on recommendations from a previous tenant, I chose to lease a one bedroom. I really like the location in terms of nearness to shopping, etc, the landscaping is well maintained and the apt was very clean when I moved in. The only drawback I see is that my building backs up to I-66 and the noise outside on my balcony is annoying. I do not sit outside therefore. Additionally, I can hear the people on the 3rd floor above me--footsteps and loud noises (sounds like they are lifting weights and dropping the weight) at times--sometimes late at night.

I enjoyed the pool during the summer and find the office staff to be very pleasant. Not sure if I will stay after my lease runs out though---may look for a place that is farther away from I-66.

Parking is good and the place feels safe.
