My wife and I lived under the old and new management.
We really don't notice any major differences, except for some minor ones (positive).
The new management installed more lights, especially at key points, such as the entrance gates. Before, some parts of the complex would be so dark that I couldn't find the walking pavement. Kudos to the new management for that.
The maintenance staff is still excellent (I think few of them remained from previous management). They will usually respond right away (within a hour for routine stuff).
As for management, I have not personally dealt with them, but my wife thinks that they are more nice than the previous staff.
As for the dog crap, we live in the front of the complex, so we have not experienced any problems. The old management used to send out 'notices' too. I really doubt management can do anything about it, since most people walk their dogs very early mornings or late at night when management is not around.
We really feel safe living here; this complex is 'double' gated, so cars behind you cannot sneak in. I also see few state troopers living here, adding another layer of safety. During the day, you always see maintenance staff driving around in their golf carts.
The buildings are well-built; we do not hear our neighbors.
Parking is never a problem.
The ambiance here is truely amazing with so many types of trees, flowers, etc. There is even a big garden w/ a pond in the middle in the back of the complex.

If you need to commute to DC, the bus stops right in front of the complex. It's about a 20 min ride to the Vienna Metro and 45 min into DC during rush hours.

You are pretty much in walking distance to everything: Whole Foods, Wegman, movie theaters, Fair Oaks Mall, Fair Lakes shopping center, etc.

As for the previous, negative comment about few weeds growing in the herb garden.......LOL!!!!!............who gives a rat's arse.

This appears to be a company post and should be flagged.

I don't work for management. You must be the guy with the problem with 'weeds'.

It seems there are several company representatives posting on here. These don't gel with what the residents are saying. My neighbors are all moving out.
