I have lived here since August 2002, I love my apartment but mostly the staff. Diane and Roxanne have been great with their immediate response to tenants needs. They follow up to ensure the tenant is satisfied. The garden apartments are very close to everything including NoVA community college which I attend and three shopping plazas near by. The grounds are well kept and the parking is enforced so I always get a parking spot near my apartment day or night. Updates and events are always posted and the maintenance is inhouse. The only problem is the Bailey's Crossroads firedepartment house nearby, when there is an emergency you can hear the engines balring by, but the building is well insulated and when I close my windows the noise is minimal. I would recommend it!
