I would have to say that the management was great when I lived there. Diane and Roxanne are very courteous and helpful. There was big problem with roaches however. If one apartment either under you, above you, or next to you has a problem with cleaning up after themselves, so do you. I am fairly clean, but keep my kitchen spotless and still roaches throughout the apartment. That was the worst part about living at Barcroft Plaza. The next worst thing was the parking situation. If you have someone over for the night, you need to plan ahead with management (issuing of a vistors parking pass) because they will tow you! Anyway, I am glad I do not live there any more, but rent was cheap, so in turn, so are the rooms.
