I had trouble with management nearly from the beginning. It took a month to get my storage locker. I lost money in the laundry machines and no one cared. I had to call about NO HEAT during a very cold snap and had to page twice, then was yelled at for doing so (supposed to take only 15 minutes for someone to arrive. It took 1/2 hour, was 1AM and I was working 18hour days. Wanted it fixed so I could sleep for 4 hours). And, the best part' I was accused of breaking my lease (I did NOT). So, I have been waiting nearly THREE MONTHS for my security deposit! STILL don't have it. Needless to say, I moved out as quick as I could. And the only thing I regret is having lived there at all.
