I've lived here for only four months, but so far, nothing but good compliments for Barcroft Plaza, the best kept secret in Fairfax County. Management is outstanding, courteous, they even remember your name everytime you come into the office!!! Some of my best friends in High School didn't even do that!!!!! As far as roaches go... I don't know what people are talking about, I haven't seen a single one. In fact the management team did come in and have pest control put something down to prevent them, I don't know but it seems to be working for me at least. As far as parking goes, there is plenty of it, and I mean plenty, a whole row of parking is usually available. If safety is your concern, the complex is nestled in a middle class housing subdivision and across the street from some very nice looking townhomes. I feel very little to no concern about my safety, although my car has been egged once (you bastards!!! I'll get you next time). Two thumbs up for me.
