my life has been a nightmare with diana porter the manager of this community.

I have never met before an apartment manager, that is raciest, discriminating, rood. Unbelievable how is this person. Dianna porter is the manager of this community; I am still shocked thinking how this person can be a community manager. I lived here for more one year. But I can t take it anymore. The stuff that work here they are great people helpful and nice, and when they see you they would say hi which their manger doesn t even look at you when she passes you. If she can t satisfy her employees how can satisfy the residents. If you re white you re more than welcome to live over here, but if you are Black or Hispanic or other color, just don t even stop by this community, because you will face what you never had before with this lady over here.

Occupant only comes in demands to have copy of lease with terir name on it. Lease holder sumitted application for them to be occupant only. Lease holder is the only one that can change lease info.

Well I'm black and even though I don't live there I'am quite frequently in the rental office(I'm very good friends with one of the staff members, not that it's any of your business anyways)and every time I enter the facility, Diana is the first one to greet me, some times she even hugs me! Besides, her leasing specialist is black! How races can she be? Maybe you just need to adjust your attitude towards life and start to build your selfesteem!

I believe u . I live there right now . and WHO Diana is so races. I agree with u . I live there right now and I regret it the day I moved there. when u walk in the Flore u hear this noses . if u walk at the balcony u can hear the kitchen moving . I fell like I am living in cartoon apartment. in fact the first week I moved in I find a note in my door that said I have to removed my satellite because should not be in the wall balcony .... and she gave me 10 days when I called her.she was like oh u can have it it my fall down on someones head. O was so pesst off. I only moved there because the leas lady said that I can have it. so I had to remove it. and until now I can used it because its big and need a wall to hold it. this is one thing the other thing is . they have no customer service. Diana is so rood and because that Iam not White. and not black. she talk to u and treat u like ----. I hate this apartment and the leasing office. I have 4 month to finished it and I am out for GOOD. I will never came back or refer anybody to live there that place is so socks

i totally agree with the lady who said she knows diana personally,i went in the office and met her too, i think you have to work on your selfesteem problem. And stop blaming other people for your unhappiness..

Make no mistake about it Diana Porter IS RUDE, uncompromising and has zero customer service skills.
