Strict enforcement of the rules means some residents have had issues with management. But overall its a great community. I have never felt discriminated (being a S. Asian) by any of the management, and the ground crew have been outstanding in responding to problems. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I would have to agree. Strict rules are the main reason why I chose Barcroft Plaza. I am --------American (female) and I recieved nothing but 5 star customer service from Diana Porter and Holly Salen. They were great!!! The rules don't bother me because I don't plan on breaking any of them. In fact, I agree with almost every single one of them. Makes Barcroft Plaza a better place to live!
