Barcroft Plaza is not fancy, but it has it's charms. Its neat, quiet and so far vermin free. I like the fact that they have a lot of rules. It may cause problems for some but only because they want to do their own thing (that's what home ownership is for!) Anyway, I'm --------American and I didn't feel a hint of the discrimination I've read about on this site. Diana Porter and Holly Salen were great!!
