Nice apartments and playground

The apartments are spacious and the playground is nice. If you have small children, you will appreciate the new facilities on the playground.
The maintenance was good, and the people in the rental office were OK.
I also thought the rent was drastically increased, considering that there are not alot of apartment amenities. We moved to Silver Spring and found an apartment with dishwasher, w/d, eat-in kitchen, den and two full baths for only $50/month more than the two-bedroom, one bath at Barcroft.
