This was my first apartment out of college, and my roommate and I were simply looking for the cheapest apartment in the area. Likewise we didn't expect much out of Barcroft View. Yet by the end of the lease we were actually surprised.
The 2 bedroom apartments are large, and have a lot of potential to look really nice. It is quiet inside the apartments, and we had loud neighbors.
The downside is that there were a lot of maitenence issues, broken toilet, stove, etc.
No utilities IS A MAJOR PLUS!
Nice pool, grounds are clean, can enjoy a summer barbecue. Parking stinks for visitors, there's basically none available, and the "guest pass" policy is highly enforced with strict towing!
On the downside, you can hear what's going on in the living room of every apartment as soon as you walk in.
All and all, not bad, definitely reccommend to first year college grads. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
