I read the comments. I haven't seen any bugs, but I have only been living here for a month. When I moved in I had new carpet, and everything seemed to be in good condition.
The one thing I will agree with is the Heat...there is none...I put my stove on to keep warm...
Also, my second week there...my car got keyed on both sides.
Other than that...I'm okay...its only temporary...thats how I look at it.
They can raise my rent if they want to, because like I said, I don't plan on being here after 2 years anyway.
