The rent is cheap, sure. There were countless times when there were loud parties going on and the management did nothing.
The management was non-responsive to any of my needs.
Parking was a horrible problem. People were always hanging out and smoking right by the door.
Once I came home and a drunk guy was passed out on the lawn. I was going to call 911 then his buddy chimed in and said in a druken voice that he was going to help him.
Please, not for my good, but for yours... don't live here.
