If you need a place quickly for little deposit its not bad but..... Parking is horrible. Forget about friends visiting and staying over. They will have to park somewhere else. They give parking passes but the guest area parking is ALWAYS full. Have had my car towed a few times for various issues. Doenst make me happy. The mgmt staff is nice and have never had a problem. The common hallways are usually clean. I have had a small problem with roaches but have sprayed and then usually dont have a problem for 6-8 months. Lots of children and families and havent had a problem with crime. Price just went up $77 dollars and I think I will be looking elsewhere soon. All in all, I say, rent if you need a place quick, but if you have time and money, look elsewhere. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
