I have lived here 10 yrs. and this is the first year that I have had a problem with roaches. I have equated that with the transient tentants. Maintenace is very quick to respond, and always leaves a note as to what was done (Thanks Tony). As for the loud parties, I just call the police, DONE. The one thing that has been a constant has been parking. Some nights it takes 30 minutes to find a parking space. Still trying to figure that one out. Also, there on the spot inspections of the complex are rather good and funny. You can always tell the rule breakers by the amount of little refridgerators by the trash cans on inspection week. Other than that, not bad.
