MY MOTHER AND I RENTED A GROUND FLOOR UNIT IN THIS BUILDING WITH THE RESIDENT MANAGER NAMED GENE ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS BUILDING NEVER HAVE I BEEN DISCRIMINATED BEFORE UNTIL I MOVED IN HERE. I GREW UP IN THE CITY OF FALLS CHURCH MY WHOLE LIFE AND WANTED MY UNBORN SON TO DO THE SAME. SHE'S NASTY, THINKS SHE'S BETTER THEN EVERYONE ELSE, IF ANOTHER NATIONALITY STEPS FOOT IN THE RENTAL OFFICE SHE LOOKS DOWN AT THEM, BELIEVE ME MY COUSIN WANTED AN APARTMENT THERE AS WELL. FALLS CHURCH CITY IS GREAT DON'T GET ME WRONG BUT SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. LIVING ON THE GROUND FLOOR I THOUGHT WOULD BE NICE, IT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE SWIMMING POOL AND IT WAS A 2 BEDROOM, MY MOTHER'S CEILING COLLAPSED AND IT WASN'T FIXED UNTIL A 1 1/2 MONTH LATER, WE SENT 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A SHOWER HEAD, WE HAD TO TAKE SHOWERS WITH A BUCKET OF WATER. MOLD WAS GROWING ALL OVER THE SMALL BEDROOM WALLS, CONVECTOR AND ALL OVER THE CARPET, HAVING A NEWBORN BABY OF COURSE I WANTED IT FIXED ASAP! MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR HAD THE SAME PROBLEM IN HER UNIT. SO I COMPLAINED TO GENE, AND YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SAID, WELL IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, THEN WE DON'T NEED YOUR TYPE OF PEOPLE HERE.!!!!
I WAS FURIOUS ASKED HER FOR HER SUPERVISORS NAME AND NUMBER AND SHE REFUSED. 2 WEEKS LATER A RECIEVED A LETTER FROM HER MANAGEMENT OFFICE, STATING AND I QUOTE "TOO MANY PEOPLE IN UNIT" WHEN IT WAS ME, MY MOTHER, AND MY TWO CHILDREN" AND YES WE WENT TO COURT AND WE WON. APPARENTLY MY ATTORNEY FOUND OUT THAT THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT WAS TRYING TO GET US OUT DIDN'T EVEN EXIST. AT OUR YEAR LEASE WE LEFT HAPPILY.

find an apartment without issues. broad falls was the best. basement has more issues over time they kept building up the ground level landscape and tenants who were there for ages said there were no problems until that happened.

this is a review from more or less a problem tentant. their claims are inaccurate and i was their neighbor on the same floor and it was an unanimous relief when they were removed. i'm glad they are gone the first floor has some trouble but nothing like what they are claiming. and the next review "warning" is by them also making some very steep claims that just aren't reliable nor true and no i'm not the management. management went through hell to please this person but nothing doing it was really hard also on some of the tenants who lived near by. i am soooooo DAM GLAD they are gone! THANK YOU!

I have never been to El Salvador, my last name is not Diaz. I am a white female with what was at the time a 9 yr old boy. I am not the person with whom you had problems. The building is very much like I am claiming. My poor mom is still stuck there until a unit where we live now opens up. She lives on the third floor next to the apartment I lived in before I moved to the bottom floor. Her apartment constantly has mold problems. The building manager at the time I left, I'm not sure if she is still there, was a very kind woman and she does do her best to please the tenants. The problem is not her. The problem is the owner of the building who does not care a fig about his tenents and is probably waiting for someone to make an offer on the property so it can be torn down and turned into condominiums just as many other locations in Falls Church are. For the most part the tenants are good, friendly people who mind their own business. I never heard anyone who was too noisy except for that one tenant that lived across the hall from me on the bottom floor whose kids were in and out at all hours and blasting music, but she ended up being asked to leave right before I left myself. As for you pennyregretful, you are lucky not to have the mold problem that so many others do. My son ended up with pneumonia because of it and that is the reason I had to move. The claims are reliable and true and after only have lived in the apartment for one month, I was able to get out of my lease because of the mold, with no fees other than to repair a spot on the wall that had been damaged when I removed a nail that was holding a rather large picture. People are not just let out of leases in most cases without fees unless the management company is at risk of being sued.

this angelpire person is a real fruit! wow, seriously i see that 'problem' runs in the family and it's spread to their brat. and for diaz they didn't go to court and win, they were taken to court and asked to leave. (and were fined for damages which were extensive.)

Get it right dumbass (Gene) u did take me to court but you lost idiot, we later gave u notice to move out!!!!! We were charged for bogus things in which we never got a bill for. we paid everything in full just to get rid of your biget ass..u loser that's why you did not last in Arlington...why too many latinos?? I hope they fired your racist ass...
