I have lived at much more expensive apartment complexes (I used to live in a Charles E. Smith apartment in Pentagon City)but have not experienced such excellent service before. When I walk into the building the resident manager greets me by name and always checks to make sure that I am happy with my apartment. The maintenance is excellent with prompt service. One time a problem was fixed with my apartment door without me mentioning it. I have never heard my neighbors in the apartment and everyone is very friendly. While it may not have the most attractive lobby or have the newest elevators you are getting something more valuable from this complex a true community.
