This is my first experience renting an apartment. The application fee was reasonable and the cost of the effiency was great! All utilities included sold me!
It is nice, quiet, and safe.
I am 15 minutes away from my job, and less than 20 minutes from the mall and other shopping areas. This apartment building is located in the perfect spot for comuters as well as local executives and city workers.
The manager here works with her tenants and ensures us the best service within a reasonable time frame. I think this was the best choice for a first time renter!
