the tenant going on about discrimination was a joke. they had 11 people in that apartment. i was there and boy there was one mess after another. mold ok there was some there always is in the basement. but this person kept bringing in folks and having parties i couldn't get any sleep in edgewise i wanted to move to another level.
people walking in and out daily, mostly kids.
didn't hear it was mold at first.. they were complaining after a company came in and cleared out the entire ventilation system in the building. there was dust, dirt and paint scraping but no mold.. a mess was left in my place but i was told it was expected and i could get ray to come in and clean it up or i could clean it up simply, and i did.
this neighbor didn't win, doesn't know what they were talking about they were forced out, (thank god) and it took weeks to get their kids and friends to finally get the point and never come back.
outside door had been tampered with during this time and some of the friends of this family were found roaming in the building at late hours.
so there is more than one side to each story.
they could have made plans to move to another level jean was more than explainatory about this but this neighbor... could do nothing to please her. noisy, up all night, parties, even took pictures of her sons wet shoes and tried to pin in on the radiators.
what a laugh! no it wasn't a mold issue this was a tenant issue.

11 people in a one bedroom apartment is normal for us people from India. Nothing wrong with that. We use space sparingly not like big Amercan who want whole big one bedroom apartment to himself. U.S should allow Indian people to have freedom to have family with them in one bedroom apartment. So what if 11 peope are in one bedroom apartment. We are clean people and cook good food.
