in general it was, pleasing, the people wonderful, spirited and we even had trick or treaters. the summers were great, the pool was always clean and the manager did all she could to make it look good at the complex and tried hard and sometimes was successful in getting the owners to give in a tiny bit. she was great the tenants were wonderful everything will be missed.
it's a great place for a first timer, still. it's a great place for those who want an apartment with no b.s. the management is wonderful will bend over backwards to try and make things comfortable while you are staying.
the heat works wonderfully now, the ac does well on all floors, the 5th floor has some issues but is workable if you have a fan.
all immenities, everything is included in the rent fee, walls are thick, neighbor really has to be making a lot of noise before you can hear it. it's a clam place that's really clean over all, sure there's some dirt here and there and if you see a roach well the manager will hop right to it and will keep brining in pest control until the problem is resolved. laundry is clean, some lint but that's expected.
the water doesn't smell, there's no sewage coming up from anywhere, elevators work well, even when i see move ins loading it up beyond capasity!
the lobby is a great place to hang and the crew will come by and shoot the breeze with you like family.
broad falls is a great place enjoy it while it's still around. :D

The people there are really nice. The owner is a twit and is just waiting for the right developer to make an offer. That's why the management can't make the necessary repairs or spend the money needed to take care of the problems properly. pantonfire you are a jerk! I had a good experience with the resident manager and the tenants, it's not their fault the bldg is so messed up. You shouldn't be posting disgusting, incomprehensible diatribes such as you have here.
